Paul Tarsitano, Course Director, Is a paramedic and a
Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician (W-EMT).
He has taught First Aid/CPR with St. John, Red Cross,
Cardiac Safe City, and Heart & Stroke. In addition, Paul
has instructed with Wilderness Survival Challenge School
and has taught special education at a high school for  over ten
years. He has experience with the Canadian Ski Patrol, Search
&  Rescue, Marine Unit, and appeared on several TV shows:
Body and Health, More2Life, Weather Network, Breakfast TV,
CFTO Monica Matys, Rogers Cable, Canada AM CTV,
CTV News Channel, Radio 640 Charles Adler, CFTR 680 AM,
CFMJ AM 640 Mike Stafford, CHOK Sarnia  Radio
CKGL AM Gary Doyle, AM 980, 107.7 Mix FM,
and articles in Adventure Magazine, Outpost Adventure,
Bancroft Times, North York Weekender, Muskoka Sun,
This experience has given him a good insight in prevention and
treatment of trauma and medical conditions in a wilderness
setting. Paul has studied with numerous agencies located in
B.C., Ontario, and encourages all students to broaden
their minds and skills by taking courses with other
agencies. He is a current  Ice Rescue Instructor, Swift Water,
Wilderness Survival, Wilderness First Aid, CPR and
First  Aid Instructor.
